        It is the duty of every educator to inspire in every child in a positive and nurturing environment, the motivation to succeed to his or her full potential to groom learners to have a strong sense of loyalty to themselves, school and the community.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE SCHOOL:

              JW Saints Technical College was established in 2010. The first enrollment was in 2010 thus from grade R-Grade 11. In the following year 2011 we had our first enrollment of grade 12 and subsequently succeeding in registering as an examination centre the school’s pass rate for that year was 41.05%. After analysing and identifying our weaknesses we put effective measures in place to achieve better results. In 2012 our second batch of Matriculants did fairly well as the pass rate jumped from 41.05% to 79.4% which in fair terms it was indeed a quantum leap. This meticulous achievement came as result of a consented effort by all stakeholders that is; the DoE, the SMT, teachers and the learners. In 2013 our pass rate cascaded to 100%. We managed to maintain this passrate up to 2015. This was a consequence of hard work and mitigation measures put in place. Unfortunately, In 2016 the pass rate declined to 86%. Effective measures have been put in place to achieve our previous years’ 100% passrate. Thus our 2017 target is 100% passrate, non negotiable. 2018 and 2019 results was 100% and aiming  100% for 2020.
